The funniest thing about our pets is when they act crazy and end up being funny. Just like this cat in the video, it seems like he is enjoying a back rub. So it sounds like he is talking gibberish. You might think that he is in a lot of pain, sick or something like that but these things happen with cats and are very normal. No need to be bothered about anything.
